Pasta Take #2
8:35 PM  All that I had left in my fridge was carrots, sausages, mushrooms and chilli, and a packet of Spaghetti Champignon mix for the sauce and since I'm going to be away from Wednesday till the end of the week next week in Paris and Barcelona, I really didn't want to get any more perishable food until I am back from the trip. So I had to settle for very Singaporean styled - Chapalang-style Spaghetti. Ok technically it IS still Spaghetti Champignon, except I added in chilli (I love chilli), some carrots (they have been sitting in the fridge for forever) and some sausages for meat (been craving meat lately.) The spaghetti is in there, and so are the champignons, so you get Spaghetti Champignon! and somemore. And yea it serves its purpose - which is to fill me up and I have never been a picky eater. I should probably have other chances to cook better, proper food, like Spaghetti Bolognese. :) For now I am filled up and have to go do the horrible applications for the banks!
