its christmas day!
12:50 PM and I'm feeling hungry! right now at least cos I just woke up. a tad hungry for more sleep too though since I only went to bed at 8am this morning. spent xmas eve over at yixin's place with the rest of the hall people (unfortunately I absolutely forgot that I brought my cam and so I didn't get any pictures. what a befuddle. ) we had turkey. ham and log cake from carrefour, home-made potato-salad which got the thumbs-up! (a combined effort by yours truly, yixin and yongxiang. lol), as well as pizza from Sarpino's. Stuffed myself like a turkey ystd I must say. and we drowned ourselves in alcoholic mixes when we played the drinking game after the midnight countdown. gosh it was hilarious. and darned tiring to hold your pee in of course. but fun. we actually played the game for about 2 hours. lol then we played 'polar bear'. haha yes the game you see most often at orientations. we had about 21 people at the party so it was a good game to play. and you know what? I am incapable of being an illusive murderer. and I can't tell lies for nuts without being seen through. *pulls hair* UGH and worse of all I pretty much suck at analysing who the murderers and guru are too. its times like these when I wish I didn't have such a simpleton-mind. makes me feel so stupid. thankfully I don't have to play this game very often. so xmas this year was pretty fun.. it really is more enjoyable to spend it with friends. haha oops not saying that family is boring. just a different kind of fun. on another note, I just realised I'm in pretty deep shit. I haven't told my mom that I'm goin to Thailand in like 10 days? which is seriously too short notice to give. I will probably just get murdered and will get no support(in additional allowances) at all for going. I guess I will have to bear the responsibilty of my own irresponsible action. *sigh* i need advice please! on how I should break it to her. that I have gone ahead and booked the tickets without asking her approval. no matter how I think about it, it can never sound good.
