still the same old me... drunk mootoo tiger

feelin quite sick in the stomach now..
been bingeing a lot these few days.
and as usual i cldn't control myself today.
had nasi lemak, a sardine sandwich n an apple in school,
bought myself a chocolate donut n a curry bun on the way home.
and as i watched the tele, i ate away.
felt like it n so i helped myself to 2 slices of bread with peanut butter.
it was so good, you could eat it all by itself.
but i chose to have it with bread...hee hee..
wellz and so i feel like puking now.

i'm a freak for bread.
or maybe just flour. i should just stay in the mills
or the bakery, and help myself to the endless amounts of flour.
feel so queasy now.yucks..
i wanna puke everything out.

i'm skipping dinner tonite.
it's a vicious cycle.
binge, skip dinner, famished for breakfast,
binge, skip meals, binge...and it goes on.
hate to feel like i've eaten too much.
but then it's so difficult to get a hold of myself.

do you live to eat or do you eat to live?
i don't know where i fall.
