10:15 PM yellowz!!i had my first kayaking training today. guess u guys must already have known but i shall just repeat it once more!! i can't wait for kayaking trainings!!haha don't get bored of me saying this. be happy for me. hee...since i'm still showing interest in it...whee wellz first we had this shuttle-run like assessment test. apparently its called the "BEEP test".. and like its name, it keeps going BEEP BEEP BEEP between intervals we're supposed to run a distance of 20 m in btwn these BEEPs and determine which level we are at. it's supposedly to assess ur lung capacity and mine's 32.9 (forgot the units). geez.. then we went for a 3 km run...more like a slow jog kinda thing came back, and played basketball!! this is kinda unhumbling of me, but i think i have a knack for shooting 2 pointers..hee *wow!! wat a great accomplishment!!* drowning in sarcasm.. hee...alrite i noe its no big deal la yea but for me it is quite k...i mean me being paranoid of the ball landing flat on my face and squishing n flattening it even more than it already is now ewwW...like a roller just went over it. i'll just be a plateau. how cool!! haha den if i just rebond my hair, i'll be totally straight!! no doubts about my sexuality at all man.or woman. whee hee... quite obvious that i'm beginning to feel hyper eh.. must be the effect of exercise. not tooo much, but just the right amt of it is great for me! quite the opposite from isabel, who usually still smells great after exercising, i stink now!!!!!not only that, i'm grimey n gooey..yucks!! probably cos i just turn on like a running tap whenever i exercise. it can even start trickling when i'm not. like when i'm at the bus stop and its a freakin hot day. yeps.can't help it at all.just too many pores.. ewww..that sounds quite disgusting. wellz talking abt bus stops n buses, i kinda scribble some stuffs on the bus this morning. totally random ramblings, but i was just remembering the day i had a bloody splitting headache from overly bouncy bus rides. here goes-- i like being alone in the bus. sitting in solitude.unperturbed. dazed but feeling nothing wrong abt it. switched off. staring out the window. staring at familiar roads. familiar yet different every day. the people.the cars. new road signs put up. old ones torn apart. worn roads chiseled and dug up. given a new lease of life, a new coat of paint. bright stripes on the dark of the fresh tar. those old bumpy roads. bring fun & joy to a monotonous journey. giving bounce like a mini coaster. then too much induces unbearable, throbbing headaches. close your eyes. try to chase them away. but they simply refuse to budge from the back of ur head. impatient. frustrated.sick. lethal combination. unfailingly gives a foul mood. ready to snap. feel like a doll, rattled about. alight. breathe deeply and smoothly. mind clears.thankful. walk along further. home sweet home, comfort & solace. anywayz, my ramblings don't make sense. which explains why i'm still penniless now. *bleahz* -don't be a rubbernecker- 0 comments |
