turtle-dom
7:59 PM I wanna keep a little pet in my hostel room! All I have now are 4 cactus but now I'm gonna have a turtle (or two) in my room! Or at least I hope Adeline won't object to it.. I would love a hamster but they're kinda stinky and troublesome to upkeep. Imagine all the chunkos of sawdust I'd need to buy. No no no space. Or I could keep goldfish that look so ridiculously brainless gulping air at the surface, and then I'd have to carry the entire tank to the toilet and wash the algae off the side of the tank. Plus I'd need a pail to put them while I'm cleaning and a net as well. No no no space. Now turtles are good! I can just let them run all over the bathroom floor while i rinse our their tank and I know I can still catch them however fast they run. Hah And, when I go home over the weekend I think they should be able to tahan 2 days without food right? lol I'm getting all excited over the prospect of trawling around all the petshops opp my place looking for 2 cute turtles. So reminiscent of my childhood days! I'd make a trip to the petshop w/o fail everytime we went over for meals.. and then when I grew older it became less exciting cause I knew I wouldn't be able to get anymore pets. But now its fun all over again! hee I'm gonna name them Raphael & Squall! 1 comments |
