seeing red!
2:16 AM  Happy National Day! lol  I just had a silly thought. Why is red our national colour? I mean, why are people told to wear red when they go for the National Day Parade? Why not white? Isn't white part of our national flag too? In fact, white takes up more of our national flag than red if you consider that the parts of the crescent and the stars are in white. Is it logical to say that if they gave us a choice of wearing white or red, everyone would look like part of the PAP? hmm.. ok ignore my rambling. Close to 19 hours of my National Day holiday are over now but I haven't done a single useful thing all day! Besides going online and doing a tinsy bit of work for the Financial Managment tutorial tmr, all I've done is shop online and umm.. nothing else I think. I need to read my Organisational Behaviour textbook and prepare my tutorial for class on Thursday! even though my tutor won't be there.. but yea we need to prepare for yet another presentation next week. sigh. so many presentations to do already. I've learnt I don't quite like presentations. they're troublesome. Enough about work. I'm gonna watch Charlie & The Chocolate Factory with Jing, Manda and Chris on Wednesday night and I'm SO excited! hee.. compared to stayin on in the hall for Cultural Night, which I guess would be pretty interesting too, meeting the girls seem so much more appealing! hee can I say again how excited I am? haha And then Nick, Vince, Shingy and I are gonna play tennis on Friday morning, even though the last time yours truly held a tennis racquet was before Jing moved to her current place, which I believe, was in year 1 or earlier. Then there's the NBS Dinner and Dance on Saturday night, of which fortunately there isn't a theme. So we get to dress smart casual I guess. Its gonna burn a pretty sizeable hole in my pocket tho. $55.. imagine all the stuff I can buy online.. hmmm... alright I'm gonna go have my dinner and iron my clothes. see you gals on wednesday night ok! miss yall! photos updated from #39 onwards! 2 comments |
