medical exams are fun! :P
12:30 AM  Batman Begins date with Pep and Chris!  Met the girls to watch Batman Begins (which I totally didn't want to catch initially) but gave in because I, being a nice friend, treasured our time together. Even if it was sitting in the bloody front row and getting a headache looking at the messy blur during fighting scenes(which I assure you there were quite a lot of.) Alright alright.. I concede. It was a nice show. Good effects, good looking guys(such as Cillian Murphy, huh Pep?), and full of GOOD, righteous people. hee hee I was a fool not to want to watch it before this.  went for a medical exam with adeline at NTU Had my medical today, which consisted the doctor knocking at my joints, a challenging pee test and a MINI X-ray. lol Doctor-knocking-at-joints part was alright! The challenge was with collecting and using only pee during the middle for the pee test. Honestly, I was holding my pee in my bladder for a little too long by the time I reached there and wanted to let it all out.. but well, I had to pee--stop--pee into cup--stop again--then pee all I want. Baah. (oops, sorry for the graphic description, if any. Hah) And then we had to go to a clinic in Jurong Point for our mini X-ray. Now its called a mini X-ray because the X-ray is mini! lol right. it just means ur x-ray result comes out on a piece of film smaller than the usual A4 size la. approximately the size of an 3R photograph. Okay. Then we had (well, I had) dinner at the Delifrance bistro there. Buffalo Wings & wedges, and brownie with vanilla icecream. (I am not eating this outside anymore. I figured I could easily make it myself.)  swim session at Jing's and dinner at Crystal Jade! Went for a swim cum tan session at Jing's place on Saturday afternoon.. sun was out. bikini was out so we went for a good 20-lap swim. Think I'll be goin again tmr morning before I meet Isabel at VJ to collect our A'level cert. Oh yes, we had dinner at Crystal Jade after the swim. Nice Shrimp Wanton Noodles + good shiok chilli. Yum. Ooh yea, Bedok Reservoir has opened their canoeing & kayaking facilities to the public! And the water's even cleaner than at East Coast or Sentosa. Terrific! Yay. Oh yea. Looking at my photos, I think I should really get some basic make-up on my face! My eyebrows are unruly and sparse. My lips have no colour and I've got patchy complexion. But I have no experience with cosmetic application! Someone tell me where to start! 0 comments |
