1:45 AM I am sooo tired... and its all the weather's fault! I sound like a child ranting but well.. I am sick partly (although i'd rather believe its mostly) due to the chilly weather. it keeps raining cats and dogs these days and the downpour lasts almost the entire day! to make matters worse, I am ill.. my eyes tear, my nose runs, my throat is sore and my sneeze resounds through the house. and the colder it gets, the worse the condition I am in. ugggh! anyhow, I had a class gathering at adeline's house today and i must mention her house looks just like a show flat.. well but of course with the signs of people living in it la (eg. toilet paper, dirty clothes and of course the countless winnie the pooh plush toys.. haha) I loved the unobstructed sea view from her living room and I guess I'd imagine my dream abode to be something similar. we watched the 2nd half of the Tiger Cup match between Singapore & Myanmar ( its totally understandable since out of all the attendants, 5 were guys and 3 were gals, one of whom watches soccer too. haha) well.. it wasn't so bad, because from after half time onwards, we were playing a card game, where the penalty involves downing cup after cup of water. it was pretty enjoyable, except when the game was finally over, all of us were bloated and queueing to visit the loo. haha now that i think of it, its a good thing we chose water over soft drinks. the gas would have made us burp like toads. haha.. according to calvin, we finished 2 whole kettles of water.. omg! all of us probably have crystal clear pee now.. lol ah well.. i'm tired but my hair is still damp. jess and I are joining the guys for lan tmr.. haha its my first time.. and i hope i don't prove to be too much of klutz at this. hee after which slacker jess and i are goin to the job agency to sign ourselves up and hope that we get some job offers so we can stop rotting at home. heh its time to make a move! alright.. i am gonna log off already. i am just gonna sleep on damp hair, cos I wanna wake up early enough to make a trip down to the book rental and the library tmr before meeting them at 12. in other words, i'm not allowed to laze in bed.. haha good night darlings! sweet dreams! =D 0 comments |
