haha yea maybe i should get started getting fit for life! hee...anywayz, i think i stopped training for ard 2 - 3 weeks and then today i had to take NAPFA like oh my god...haha.. well so it was 2.4k first and the weather wasn't exactly condusive for running..it was really humid and the kinda weather u'd typically get heatstroke from. but i still managed an A fortunately with a time of 13mins 38 secs...which i have not much of an idea how it compares to last year's timing. think i most probably deproved qt a lot la...but still its not bad considering i haven't run for such a long time...quite satisfied with it...but then now i've got terrible muscle aches!!! ouch ouch ouch!!!!haha...can't stand horse step anymore..hee...gosh
wellz besides that, got physics back today and i did quite well...i was really lucky cos i got a few marks free from guessing 2 mcq qns correctly...hee..man..i'm super duper tired from all the training today..oh yea, i'm quite excited to go to SMU on wed for a talk...besides, i get to miss the econs lecture test on money till prob next week...haha wonderful..=) okie dokie...tired tired...shall go rest! tataz!
